The following terms and conditions apply to the purchase of tickets for admission to Cobh Heritage Centre. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Amendments and Cancellations

Self-guided tour bookings may be amended, subject to availability, up to and including the day of your visit.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit date are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will not normally be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the visit date, except at the sole discretion of Cobh Heritage Centre.
Cancellation by Cobh Heritage Centre
Cobh Heritage Centre reserves the right to cancel or amend a booking where necessary. In the event of a cancellation, every reasonable effort will be made to contact affected visitors as soon as possible. Visitors will be offered an alternative visit date or a full refund.
General Conditions
Pre-booked tickets are valid only for the date specified on the booking confirmation.
All visitors must hold a valid ticket for admission.
Cobh Heritage Centre reserves the right to amend opening hours or temporarily close exhibits for operational, maintenance, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. Where possible, affected visitors will be notified and offered an alternative date or refund.
Cobh Heritage Centre reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour may endanger, disrupt, or negatively affect the experience of other visitors, staff, or the venue. In such circumstances, no refund will be provided.
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. The terms in effect on the date of purchase will apply to your booking.
Children and Young Persons
All visitors aged 17 years and under must be always accompanied and supervised by an adult (18 years or over) while on the premises.
