Cancellation and Amendments
If you wish to amend your booking, please contact us via phone or email.
If you wish to cancel your booking, you are required to contact us up to 48 hours of notice from the booking date for a full refund.
You can also reschedule your appointment if necessary for an in-person appointment or virtual appointment and can do this by contacting us on +353 21- 4813591 or email [email protected].
We are under no obligation to provide refunds if you cancel less than 48 hours’ notice before your booking.
Cobh Heritage Centre reserves the right to cancel a booking and willmake the best effort to contact you as soon as possible in doing so. If we need to cancel your booking for any reason, we will provide an alternative date for a reschedule or a full refund will be issued.
