Our location is perfect for tour groups, with coach parking right outside. We have bathrooms, shops, and a café available for your convenience. Don’t worry about time slots for entry – just give us an estimated arrival time and we’ll be ready and waiting for you. The tour itself takes at least an hour, so make sure to allocate enough time for your visit. If you have any special requests, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

“The Queenstown Story” is a self-guided tour, but we offer audio sets in different languages to enhance your experience. You can also download our app in advance for a more enjoyable and memorable visit.

If you haven’t made a booking in advance, no problem! Just come on in and we’ll make sure your group is taken care of. Our center is just a short walk away from Cobh’s town center, where you can find charming cafes, shops, and stunning sea views.
